Our client, a professional training academy within Malta’s financial services environment, is looking for an Academy Coordinator to coordinate training initiatives, support curriculum development and help drive professional development programmes.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, events and learning activities from planning to delivery.
- Support curriculum development, ensuring content remains relevant to regulatory and industry developments.
- Coordinate with lecturers, trainers, internal teams and external providers.
- Support coaching and self-development programmes, including higher education initiatives.
- Conduct research and contribute to training content and best-practice initiatives.
- Maintain digital learning resources and training systems.
- Monitor training budgets, feedback and programme effectiveness.
- Act as a key contact for training-related queries and registrations.
What are you expected to bring?
- MQF Level 6+ qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3+ years' relevant experience in training, L&D, education, coordination or a related field.
- Strong organisational, research, analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of financial services, regulation or supervision is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI and prompt generation techniques.
