Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless employee accommodation and support within a dynamic HR environment?

Our client, a well established organisation operating within the services sector in Malta, is currently seeking an Accommodations Administrative Coordinator to manage and facilitate employee housing and related administrative processes.

 

What is expected of you?

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of employee accommodation, from initial requests to departure logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all accommodation details, including contracts, inventory, and expenses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding accommodation queries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, local housing regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with external service providers, landlords, and property managers to secure and maintain suitable accommodation options.
  • Process invoices and manage budgets related to accommodation services, ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Assist with general human resources administrative tasks and projects as required by the department.
  • Prepare regular reports on accommodation occupancy, costs, and employee feedback.

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within human resources or property management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel for data management and reporting.
  • A solid understanding of compliance requirements related to employee accommodation and general administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and urgent requests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and problem solving skills.
  • Possession of a valid work permit for Malta or the European Union.
  • Previous experience working with an international workforce.
  • Familiarity with local Maltese housing market conditions.
