What is expected of you?
• Support the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for training programmes and courses
• Engage in business development activities including cold calling and appointment setting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individuals
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and training schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training services
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and client records
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates on performance
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives
• Stay up to date with market trends and client requirements
