One of our top clients is seeking a detail-driven and motivated Accountant to help uphold strong financial governance across multiple entities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and integrity across financial operations—supporting an environment where creativity meets precision.
What's expected of you?
- Maintain and reconcile financial records for multiple entities, including detailed review of balance sheets and general ledger accounts
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing cycle and actively oversee collections and receivables
- Produce monthly management accounts, delivering clear insights on financial performance to leadership
- Prepare and monitor cash flow statements to support ongoing business decisions
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to track financial outlook and trends
- Handle the preparation and submission of VAT recaps and statutory VAT returns
- Support the budgeting process, including preparation and tracking of group budgets
- Assist with audit processes by preparing and organising all required financial documentation
- Monitor debtor balances, follow up on outstanding payments, and generate weekly ageing reports
- Provide ad hoc financial and administrative support as required by management
What are you expected to bring?
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (MQF Level 6) in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field, or be actively pursuing an ACCA qualification
- Possess a minimum of three years’ experience within an accounting or finance role
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Have experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English
