We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to support day-to-day finance operations, from managing accounts payable and receivable to handling general ledger entries and reconciliations, playing a key role in ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining the company’s financial health.
What's expected of you?
- Manage both accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Issue, review, and process invoices, payments, and related transactions
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any financial variances
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties, including auditors and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and internal controls
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and ad hoc analysis as required
- Assist with KYC and due diligence procedures
- Work with accounting systems; experience with SFM is considered an asset
What are you expected to bring?
- A-Level standard education, with ACCA studies in progress considered an advantage
- 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and exposure to accounting software
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with good interpersonal awareness
