What is expected of you?
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare and process invoices and payments
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and vendors
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analyses as needed
- Assist with KYC procedures
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum A level qualification and/or in the early stages of ACCA
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English along with strong interpersonal abilities
