What's expected of you?
- Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Oversee the full procurement cycle, including the preparation and issuance of purchase orders, tracking of deliveries, and maintenance of accurate documentation
- Coordinate logistics for incoming shipments, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery
- Prepare client quotations in collaboration with the technical and sales teams
- Generate and process invoices with accuracy and within set timeframes
- Maintain up-to-date internal records related to purchasing, quotations, and supplier accounts
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements and stock levels
- Provide administrative support across finance, inventory, and supplier account management functions
What are you expected to bring?
- Demonstrated experience in administration, procurement, or logistics coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing software is an advantage
