This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance sector, working closely with experienced colleagues while learning the day-to-day administration of corporate health insurance policies and supporting key business functions.
What is expected of you?
- Provide administrative support in the processing and assessment of group health insurance applications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of corporate health insurance policies, including data entry and issuance of documentation
- Support sales and corporate account handlers with administrative tasks related to health insurance services
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role will be considered an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- Keen to contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment
