We’re looking for an Administrator to help with the day-to-day HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to keeping records updated and supporting HR projects. It’s a great role for someone organized and people-oriented who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
What is expected of you?
- Handle HR-related questions and requests from both staff and external contacts, providing support when needed
- Stay updated on the latest HR practices
- Help with scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR events
- Keep employee records up to date (both in files and in the HR system)
- Support recruitment and onboarding by preparing work permit documentation, liaising with different departments, and registering with authorities like Jobsplus
- Assist in rolling out HR initiatives and systems
- Prepare and share reports on general HR activities
- Lend a hand with ad-hoc HR projects as required
- Take on any other tasks related to the role, depending on business needs
What are you expected to bring?
- Secondary level of education with ‘O’ level standard in core subjects such as English and Mathematics
- At least one year of office experience, ideally within HR or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on compliance and customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English
