We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator with approximately 1 year of experience in administrative support. The successful candidate will assist with daily office operations, document control, and internal communications, ensuring smooth and efficient organizational processes.
What is expected of you?
- Provide general administrative support to teams and departments
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence
- Maintain and update internal databases, filing and scanning
- Assist in preparing boardroom for meetings
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
What are you expected to bring?
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of data entry and reporting
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar)
