Aftersales Service Coordinator - Malta

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and customer-driven Aftersales Service Coordinator to support our Clients safety and security operations. Acting as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal teams, you will help ensure a seamless aftersales experience and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction

 

What's expected of you?

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring aftersales support, responding to enquiries promptly and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance visits, repairs, and inspections in collaboration with technicians and customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to service contracts, warranties, service history, and customer communications
  • Manage the processing of service requests, quotations, and aftersales-related invoicing
  • Monitor compliance with service agreements and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and service completion
  • Liaise closely with internal teams, including sales and technical departments, to ensure a smooth and consistent service experience
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure spare parts, materials, and consumables are available for scheduled service activities
  • Keep informed of relevant industry regulations, standards, and product knowledge to provide accurate guidance to customers
  • Support the development and implementation of aftersales initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and long-term retention

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Proven experience in an aftersales, customer support, or administrative role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with ERP or service management systems would be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic spoken and comprehension skills in Maltese
  • At least 3–4 years’ experience in a technical or supervisory role, demonstrating successful delivery of projects and coordination responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong eye for accuracy and detail
  • Ability to explain technical or complex information clearly to a wide range of audiences
  • Demonstrated empathy and active listening skills to effectively understand and address stakeholder needs
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
