A leading company in Malta is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, oversee AML/CFT procedures, liaise across departments, and ensure the company meets its regulatory obligations with accuracy and integrity.
What is expected of you?

Support the Compliance Department in implementing and maintaining policies to meet regulatory obligations

Assist in executing the Group’s compliance monitoring programme

Collaborate with internal departments on compliance, including AML/CFT matters
-
Contribute to statutory filings (e.g., REQ, ACR) in a timely and accurate manner
-
Help coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and visits
-
Support customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes

Provide regular updates to the MLRO and Compliance Officer on compliance matters

Proactively review and improve procedures, recommending best-practice enhancements
What are you expected to bring?

Prior experience in a similar compliance or regulatory role

Solid understanding of the TCSP industry and its regulatory framework

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Good IT proficiency and ability to work with relevant systems
