Ceek Talent is on the lookout on behalf of one of our top clients, a leading hospitality group, for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join an exciting new restaurant concept launching soon in Malta. This vibrant venue will offer a unique dining experience with bold flavours, immersive décor, and a welcoming atmosphere.
What is expected of you?
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the opening phase and day-to-day operations
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of the restaurant team
- Ensure exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience
- Manage daily shifts, staff scheduling, and floor operations
- Oversee supplier coordination, stock control, and cost management
- Step into a leadership role when required to ensure smooth operations at all times
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience in busy restaurant or high-volume dining environments
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent organisational and operational abilities
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
- A positive, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
