Ceek Talent is seeking to recruit an Employment Lawyer (Associate) on behalf of our client. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated legal professional looking to deepen their expertise in employment law and work on diverse, high-impact matters within a reputable legal environment.
What is expected of you?
- Provide legal assistance and advisory services across various employment-related matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal and judicial documents.
- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and internal procedures.
- Assist with job evaluation exercises and ensure equal pay compliance.
- Attend court and Industrial Tribunal sittings and support dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on multidisciplinary matters.
- Handle issues such as workplace disputes, regulatory compliance, redundancies, licensing, and general employment advisory work.
What are you expected to bring?
- At least 3 years PQE within a law firm or as in-house counsel.
- Strong experience in employment law and industrial relations.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and research skills.
- Strong communication abilities and confidence in client interactions.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Motivation to stay up to date with legal developments and build your professional profile.
- A Master’s in Law or knowledge in related areas (discrimination, health & safety, data protection) will be considered an asset.
