Ceek Talent is on the lookout on behalf of one of our top clients, a leading hospitality group managing a portfolio of popular and diverse restaurant brands in Malta. They are seeking a Bar Manager to lead and develop their bar operations within well-known dining venues across the island.
What is expected of you?
- Manage all business aspects of the bar, including inventory, supply orders, budgeting, and goal setting
- Recruit, hire, and train bar staff to ensure exceptional service standards
- Create efficient staff schedules to maintain optimum coverage during peak times
- Set and enforce quality, health, and safety standards within the bar
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and deliver excellent customer experiences
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience in bar or restaurant management
- Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles
- Excellent computer literacy, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to delegate and optimise team resources efficiently
- Physical capability to manage fast-paced environments, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting
