They are seeking a motivated Barista to join their team and deliver excellent beverage experiences in a fast-paced environment.
What is expected of you?
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols
- Attend to customer needs promptly and courteously
- Prepare and serve quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently, adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Handle cash transactions and accurately record orders
- Assist and coach new team members during onboarding
- Contribute positively to team morale and recognize individual and team achievements
What are you expected to bring?
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- No previous experience required—training will be provided
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays
- Valid Skills Pass (www.skillspass.org.mt) is mandatory
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
