What is expected of you?
- Review, evaluate, and manage incoming insurance claims in accordance with company policies and guidelines
- Assess policy coverage and verify supporting documents to confirm claim eligibility
- Communicate with clients, brokers, assessors, and other stakeholders to progress claims efficiently
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all claim activity and correspondence
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in claims handling procedures and workflows
What are you expected to bring?
- Ideally bring 2–3 years’ experience in a claims handling role
- Possess strong analytical thinking and confident decision-making abilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation capability
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
