Are you a driven B2B sales professional? Join us as part of our Lead Generation & New Business Development team to generate new leads, introduce our holistic solution to businesses, build client relationships, and hand over opportunities to the Delivery team.
What is expected of you?
- Follow the direction of the Head of Lead Generation & New Business Development and support The Collective’s growth vision
- Collaborate with senior team members, meet clients, present solutions, and hand over deals to Delivery teams for completion
- Introduce our solutions widely using LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, cold calls, walk-ins, and other opportunities where businesses may need support
- Work with the Head of LG & NBD to strategize on prospect engagement and highlight our unique selling points that competitors cannot match
- Maintain strong activity levels, continuous client engagement, strategic discussions, involve Subject Matter Experts, and actively request referrals
- Focus on lead generation as a key driver of growth, building long-term relationships that create current and future opportunities
- Build and nurture client relationships while leveraging internal delivery teams to provide the necessary expertise and services
- Collaborate with clients and prospects to expand brand awareness, attend conferences, and network as required
- Develop comprehensive solutions with clients rather than offering single products, embedding yourself as a trusted consultant who adds value
What are you expected to bring?
- Prior Sales or Business Development Experience in Malta, as the role involves client engagement, solution pitching, and commercial relationship building
- Experience within the HR domain (e.g. training, recruitment, consulting, HR services) is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with prospective clients
- Ability to understand business challenges and recommend suitable solutions
- Consultative selling mindset: listening, questioning, diagnosing needs and presenting value-added recommendations
- High level of professionalism, initiative, and self-motivation
- Ability to manage follow-ups, maintain relationships, and navigate sales cycles
- Strong organisational skills to handle proposals, CRM updates, and client interactions efficiently.
