This is a high-impact role with full ownership of financial strategy, growth planning, and team leadership. You'll work closely with executive leadership in a dynamic, values-driven environment.
What’s expected of you?
- Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with senior management to guide business decisions aligned with growth and service goals
- Lead financial planning and analysis, offering insights and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions
- Contribute to executive leadership and help shape overall organisational strategy
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting across the Group
- Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the Board, senior leadership, and stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions
- Manage capital expenditure planning, investment analysis, and funding strategies for growth and renovation projects
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and external partners to maintain regulatory standards
- Drive optimisation of financial systems, processes, and controls to improve accuracy, efficiency, and risk management
- Champion financial sustainability, cost control, and value creation initiatives
- Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with General Managers and department heads to provide financial guidance and training
- Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance in all financial matters
- Serve as a financial ambassador, building strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Lead financial aspects of key initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures, and new developments
- Ensure effective cash flow management to maintain liquidity and financial discipline
What are you expected to bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree and/or CPA/ACCA preferred
- 8–10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in international, hospitality, or multi-site environments
- Proven ability to lead finance teams and collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
- Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic planning
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and influential approach
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, adaptable style suited to fast-paced and evolving settings
