What is expected of you?
- Shape and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the Company’s overall objectives
- Deliver clear financial insights to guide Board decisions, investment choices, and strategic priorities
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes
- Establish and oversee key financial KPIs to ensure alignment with long-term goals
- Lead, develop, and mentor finance teams across all subsidiaries
- Strengthen financial systems, processes, and capabilities to enable effective project-based operations
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance within the finance function
- Collaborate with operational teams on project costing, contract governance, and profitability analysis
- Provide financial and commercial support for tenders, bids, and strategic negotiations
- Promote cost efficiency and operational discipline while maintaining robust risk management frameworks
- Direct all accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and compliance activities across the Company
- Ensure strong internal controls, audit preparedness, and compliance with international financial standards
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for ongoing and future projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favourable financing and support growth
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum of 5 years’ senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the construction or M&E industry
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or equivalent
- Proven track record in cash flow management, project finance, and risk control
- Experience operating within multi-entity, multi-country organisational structures
- Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, or business integration is an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of project-based industries
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a confident Board-level presence
- Advanced financial modelling, capital structuring, and project financing expertise
- High integrity, resilience, and adaptability in complex and evolving environments
- Strategic, proactive, and innovative mindset to drive organisational objectives
- Consistently upholds strong standards of integrity and reliability in all financial management activities
