What is expected of you?
- Define and execute the group’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth
- Act as a strategic financial advisor to the Board on planning, investment, risk management, and performance
- Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, and major capital investment decisions
- Optimize group capital structure, funding, treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital management
- Oversee group budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance management
- Consolidate and present accurate, timely financial statements and insights across all subsidiaries to the Board
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements, including effective tax planning and optimization
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial governance, and standardized group-wide processes
- Manage financial risks including currency, credit, liquidity, and operational risks
- Build and manage relationships with auditors, regulators, banks, and financial institutions
- Monitor business unit financial performance using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to drive accountability
- Improve efficiency through cost control, process optimization, and systems enhancement
- Lead, develop, and mentor the group finance team while fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
What are you expected to bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with a professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive senior finance leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity or group structures with strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and corporate finance
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset with deep understanding of corporate finance, tax, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership capability with effective stakeholder management and team development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with high integrity, sound judgment, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively in complex, fast-paced, and evolving business environments
