Ceek Talent is on the lookout for a seasoned Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO) on behalf of our client, a dynamic multi-vertical group.
This executive role is responsible for leading risk management and regulatory compliance across Security, Aviation, and Mobility operations, ensuring resilience, safety, and integrity following recent high-impact incidents.
What is expected of you?
- Design and implement risk management and compliance frameworks tailored to each company and sector
- Oversee incident response, crisis management, and root cause analysis
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, reputational, and safety risks, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations
- Establish robust internal controls, reporting structures, and audit trails
- Lead risk awareness training and emergency preparedness drills across all companies
- Advise the CEO and boards on emerging risks, regulatory updates, and critical incidents
- Serve as primary liaison to regulatory and investigative authorities
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the organization
Vertical-Specific Responsibilities
- Mobility: Ensure compliance with health & safety, hazardous materials, fire prevention, facilities management, and transportation/environmental regulations
- Aviation: Maintain adherence to international aviation standards, airport authority requirements, occupational health regulations, and operational risk controls
- Security: Enforce strict security protocols, staff vetting, data protection, and regulatory compliance
What are you expected to bring?
- Master’s degree in risk management, law, business administration, engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CCEP, CIRM, CSP); additional safety or crisis management credentials preferred
- Minimum 10 years in risk and compliance leadership, including experience managing critical incidents in security, mobility, or aviation
- Strong crisis management, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced analytical and risk assessment expertise
- Proven leadership with the ability to drive cultural change across multiple verticals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate diverse teams
- Integrity, resilience, and sound judgment under high-pressure situations
