What is expected of you?
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts, annual financial statements, and tax returns
- Support the preparation and submission of VAT returns for clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with Client Managers to deliver accurate and timely financial information
- Liaise with international clients and their representatives as experience increases
- Communicate with banks, accounting firms, and legal advisers as part of client engagements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently
- Provide support on accounting and advisory assignments as required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met
What are you expected to bring?
- A least five years of experience in accounting, preferably in an accounting firm, corporate services firm, or a similar role in an international company
- In the process of acquiring an ACCA qualification or in possession of an advanced diploma in Accounting
- Personal drive, a competitive spirit, and a results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Possess advanced English skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software is advantageous but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with at least one accounting software platform
- Be familiar with corporate and financial terms and concepts
