What is expected of you?
- Supervise and support a small team of accountants and bookkeepers handling international client portfolios
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of management accounts, annual financial statements, tax returns, and VAT filings
- Coordinate accounting and corporate compliance services in line with client requirements and regulatory standards
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, banks, accounting firms, and legal entities globally
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality service and effective task delegation
- Collaborate with Client Managers and internal teams to meet client expectations and resolve accounting queries
- Assist with onboarding new clients and advising on best accounting practices
- Contribute to internal process improvements and uphold service delivery standards
What are you expected to bring?
- A least three years of experience in accounting, preferably in an accounting firm, corporate services firm, or a similar role in an international company
- In the process of acquiring an ACCA qualification or in possession of an advanced diploma in Accounting
- Personal drive, a competitive spirit, and a results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Possess advanced English skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software is advantageous but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with at least one accounting software platform
- Be familiar with corporate and financial terms and concepts
