Join a leading immigration services firm as a Client Engagement Executive, where you will support and nurture client relationships, coordinate a seamless onboarding process, and contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience, all while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
What is expected of you?

Manage client onboarding from engagement start to handover.

Collect, review, and maintain accurate client documentation and electronic records.

Perform due diligence checks, including ID verification, source of funds, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.

Prepare clear summaries of findings, flag risks, and coordinate follow-up requests.

Draft engagement agreements using approved templates and manage e-signatures.

Coordinate with finance on invoicing and track outstanding actions.

Support Malta-based client applications and assist with regulatory filings as needed.

Finalise onboarding once agreements and payments are complete.

Ensure a smooth handover to relationship managers with complete and compliant records.
What are you expected to bring?

Experience in client onboarding, compliance, or operations in a regulated environment.

Practical knowledge of AML and due diligence.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple files and deadlines.

Clear, professional written communication.

Background in financial services, legal, fiduciary, or professional services.

Comfortable with e-signature tools, document systems, and control frameworks.
