Our client, a dynamic iGaming organisation, is currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to provide essential support to their regulatory operations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
What is expected of you?
- Maintain and organise compliance documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist the compliance team with administrative tasks related to regulatory filings and licence applications.
- Support the monitoring of internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with MGA regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes for compliance related discussions.
- Conduct basic research on regulatory updates and industry best practices as directed by the compliance team.
- Facilitate communication between various departments regarding compliance requirements and deadlines.
- Manage and track compliance training schedules for employees, ensuring timely completion.
What are you expected to bring?
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a regulated industry.
- A highly organised approach to managing tasks and documentation.
- The ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through to completion.
- MQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent in administration, business, management, compliance or a related area.
- A professional and reliable approach to all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
