What’s expected of you?
- Oversee and maintain management systems and certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits across the organisation
- Manage document control systems, compliance registers, and certification records with accuracy and consistency
- Monitor corrective actions and ensure non-conformities are addressed and closed within agreed timelines
- Support compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory obligations, escalating gaps where necessary
- Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for standardisation across departments
- Map and review business processes to ensure alignment with operational procedures and certification requirements
- Support digitalisation and workflow optimisation initiatives related to governance and compliance processes
- Assist with enterprise risk assessments, governance reporting, dashboards, and management review documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries while ensuring organised and confidential record management
- Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to reinforce operational discipline and accountability across the business
What are you expected to bring?
- 3–5 years of experience within management systems, ISO compliance, internal audit, governance, or operational compliance environments
- Hands-on experience with ISO standards, certification processes, audit preparation, and corrective action tracking
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, operational controls, and process standardisation
- Experience maintaining structured documentation, compliance registers, and management systems
- Exposure to ERP systems, workflow platforms, or digital process improvement tools will be considered an asset
- Previous experience within technical services, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or regulated environments will be advantageous
- ISO Internal Auditor Certification is mandatory, while ISO Lead Auditor certification will be considered a strong asset
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
