We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Road and Civil Construction Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roadworks and civil construction, with hands-on experience operating heavy machinery such as pavers and scarifiers. A solid understanding of asphalt laying, trenching, and concrete works is essential.
What is expected of you?

Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the construction site, ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.

Operate and oversee the use of heavy construction equipment including pavers, scarifiers, rollers, and other machinery.

Lead teams in executing asphalt laying, trench excavation, and concrete works to high standards.

Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings, and ensure accurate execution on-site.

Maintain clear and professional communication with engineers, subcontractors, and team members.

Monitor inventory of materials and coordinate delivery of supplies as needed.

Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation as required.

Train and mentor junior staff and ensure efficient team performance.
What are you expected to bring?

Proven experience as a foreman in road and civil construction projects.

Proficient in the operation of heavy machinery (especially pavers and scarifiers).

Extensive knowledge of asphalt, trenching, and concrete construction techniques.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken English are essential.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.

Certification or training in construction management, heavy equipment operation, or a related field.
