Our client, a well established construction organisation in Malta, is currently seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure project execution aligns with plans and safety regulations.
What is expected of you?
- Oversee and manage all daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Interpret and apply construction drawings and technical specifications accurately on site.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of employees, tradespeople, and subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with all occupational Health & Safety regulations and site procedures.
- Implement efficient construction processes and sequencing to optimise project flow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Address any on site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
What are you expected to bring?
- Demonstrable previous experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar construction related position.
- A strong practical understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site operations.
- Proven ability to read and accurately interpret construction drawings and technical information.
- Experience in effectively supervising employees, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- A solid understanding of occupational Health & Safety requirements and best practices.
- Possess strong leadership and effective people management skills.
- Exhibit good planning and organisational ability to manage site logistics.
