We at Ceek Talent are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our client a corporate services client to manage calls, greet visitors, assist with documents, and keep the office running smoothly.
What's expected of you?
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with the preparation and filing of documents with the Malta Business Registry (MBR)
- Keep the reception area and conference rooms clean, organized, and presentable
- Manage office supplies and stationery, placing orders as needed
- Maintain petty cash records and perform monthly reconciliations
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning, as assigned
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Maltese and other languages is a plus
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the skill to prioritize effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Professional attitude and demeanor, with a strong focus on customer service
