Ceek, in partnership with a leading Malta-based firm, is seeking a dynamic Corporate and Yachting Executive to manage prestigious client portfolios, drive yacht transactions, oversee company incorporations, and ensure full compliance—delivering seamless service and exceptional results every step of the way.
What is expected of you?

Manage corporate and yachting client portfolios

Serve as key liaison for clients, advisors, and authorities

Support yacht sale, purchase, and Malta flag registration

Facilitate company incorporations and bank account openings
-
Conduct KYC, due diligence, and ensure regulatory compliance
-
Handle day-to-day corporate and administrative tasks
What are you expected to bring?

Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar CSP roles
-
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws and regulations
-
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels

Proficient in English; Italian, Spanish, or French is a plus

Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office

Relevant academic qualification; law degree or legal background preferred
