What's expected of you?
- Identify and research potential corporate clients, with a focus on large companies
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract, engage, and retain key corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tailoring solutions to their catering and corporate gifting needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, account management, and ongoing support
- Create customized proposals for corporate gift packages that align with client branding and preferences
- Design and deliver bespoke catering solutions for events such as staff parties, seminars, and board meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that optimize both revenue and client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the market
- Provide market feedback to the product development team to help shape offerings based on client demand
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all catered events
- Plan and oversee corporate functions in collaboration with the Banqueting Manager to ensure top-tier service
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting the corporate segment
- Communicate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of gifts and event setups
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage or catering industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and generate new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Maltese
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An understanding of the Maltese corporate market and culture is advantageous
