Corporate Sales Executive - Malta

We’re looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to help grow our B2B client base and bring our quality food and beverage products to businesses across the region. What's expected of you?

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients, with a focus on large companies
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract, engage, and retain key corporate accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tailoring solutions to their catering and corporate gifting needs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, account management, and ongoing support
  • Create customized proposals for corporate gift packages that align with client branding and preferences
  • Design and deliver bespoke catering solutions for events such as staff parties, seminars, and board meetings
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that optimize both revenue and client satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the market
  • Provide market feedback to the product development team to help shape offerings based on client demand
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all catered events
  • Plan and oversee corporate functions in collaboration with the Banqueting Manager to ensure top-tier service
  • Work alongside the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting the corporate segment
  • Communicate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of gifts and event setups

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage or catering industry
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and generate new business
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • An understanding of the Maltese corporate market and culture is advantageous
