A well-established Corporate Service Provider is looking to strengthen its team with a Corporate Services Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, client-facing environment, supporting a portfolio of companies while ensuring full compliance with Maltese regulatory requirements.
What is expected of you?
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of client entities, ensuring they remain in good standing with all relevant authorities
- Assist with company incorporations, maintenance, restructuring, and dissolutions
- Prepare and submit annual returns and statutory filings in line with regulatory requirements
- Support client onboarding processes, including KYC and compliance documentation
- Maintain and update client compliance files and corporate records
- Liaise with authorities such as the Malta Business Registry, banks, VAT department, and tax authorities
- Assist with contractual, licensing, and regulatory requirements, including support on gaming license applications
- Coordinate with internal teams, including financial account managers, to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, lawyers, notaries, and tax advisors
- Participate in client meetings and provide ongoing corporate support and advisory services
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and support the implementation of changes where required
- Assist clients with corporate actions such as share transfers, bank account applications, and work permit processes
- Support ad hoc corporate and administrative tasks as required
What are you expected to bring?
- Good understanding of corporate structures, company law, and the Companies Act
- Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of directors and company secretaries
- Experience within a CSP or similar corporate environment is preferred
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of Maltese regulatory bodies and processes (MBR, VAT, tax authorities)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team
