In this role, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients while ensuring the efficient administration of company structures, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements. What is expected of you?
• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and respond to day-to-day corporate administration requests.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry (MBR).
• Attend board meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
• Open and close bank accounts while maintaining regular communication with banking institutions.
• Maintain statutory company registers in accordance with the Companies Act.
• Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, and other third-party service providers on behalf of clients.
• Communicate with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities as required.
• Collect, review, and maintain client due diligence documentation in line with KYC requirements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance monitoring and maintain accurate client records within internal systems.
• Deliver high-quality services in line with agreed service levels and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while keeping clients informed of relevant regulatory and industry developments.
What are you expected to bring?
• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar corporate administration, legal, or financial services role.
• A relevant qualification in a related field; tertiary education will be considered an asset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently, remain organised under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
