Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with an interest in recruitment, logistics, and personnel coordination? Our client is looking for a Crew & Personnel Coordinator to join their expanding department. This role will involve coordinating offshore personnel, supporting recruitment activities, arranging crew logistics, and maintaining accurate personnel records within a dynamic environment.
What is expected of you?
• Assist with crew change planning and coordinate flights, accommodation, and transportation when required.
• Arrange and coordinate courses and training for offshore personnel.
• Input and maintain accurate candidate and personnel information within the company Database.
• Open and maintain offshore workers' files, ensuring certifications, personal documents, and relevant records are kept up to date.
• Screen CVs, acknowledge applications, and communicate with potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews with potential offshore personnel and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates and proactively source suitable offshore personnel.
• Maintain remittance records and other personnel-related data sheets.
• Maintain general administrative records and spreadsheets as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Provide support outside normal office hours and during weekends when required, in line with the 24/7 nature of the industry.
What are you expected to bring?
• Previous experience in logistics, tourism or recruitment or a similar coordination role will be considered an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to remain calm and organised when working under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to provide support outside normal office hours and on weekends when required.
• Willingness and availability to travel abroad when required.
