Do you have a good eye for detail and are you looking for a stable team environment? We are looking for a careful and organised Data Input Clerk to join one of our clients’ teams based in the south. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and checking data to ensure it is accurate and up to date. You will work with colleagues and external contacts to gather information and help keep records well organised, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
What’s expected of you?
• Accurately transfer data from physical documents into internal systems in line with set procedures
• Coordinate with colleagues and external parties to collect required documentation promptly
• Validate and check data during entry to ensure accuracy and flag discrepancies
• Maintain organised records by sorting and filing documents in both digital and hard copy formats
What are you expected to bring?
• Minimum O Level standard of education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English
• Proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
• Able to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines
