What is expected of you?
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a data-related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in the data domain.
- Proven success in managing and delivering complex data products.
- Solid knowledge of data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical), including experience with Operational Data Stores, Enterprise Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.
- Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence and data warehousing design principles, with familiarity in industry best practices.
- Proficiency in SSIS, SSRS, SSMS, and advanced SQL.
- Working knowledge of at least one cloud data platform.
- A results-driven, problem-solving mindset, with a pragmatic approach to delivering realistic solutions.
- Experience in the telecoms sector is considered an advantage.

- Take part in project prioritisation, project management, and ensuring clear delivery communication.
- Gather and translate business requirements, bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria for new features.
- Create and maintain product backlogs, focusing on the highest-priority initiatives.
- Lead sprint planning and manage team workloads effectively.
- Contribute to the evolution of the data warehouse through thoughtful modelling to ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance.
- Act as a primary contact for business stakeholders, driving alignment and collaboration across multiple units.
- Grow into a recognised subject matter expert on the organisation’s data platform.
- Support the development of the company’s broader data strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives.
