What are you expected to bring
- Experience: 3+ years in data science or analytical roles
- Technical Skills: Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn)
- Machine Learning: Hands-on with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
- Statistics: Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and experimental design
- Data Handling: Skilled in SQL, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Visualization: Strong data storytelling and visualization expertise
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
- Time series analysis & forecasting
- Geospatial and GIS analytics
- Experience with big data (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- MLOps, model deployment, and pipeline automation
- Knowledge of traffic engineering, urban planning, or transportation systems
- IoT and streaming data analytics
- Computer vision applications for traffic or mobility

- Analyze large-scale traffic, parking, and mobility datasets
- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines and real-time analysis workflows
- Build statistical models to optimize traffic flow and parking allocation
- Collaborate with AI engineers and developers to deploy production-ready models
- Design and run A/B tests to validate performance and impact
- Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate insights
- Research and apply cutting-edge AI/ML methods to smart city challenges
- Translate client needs into practical, data-driven solutions
