Take your career to the next level with a leading Maltese company! We’re looking for a Design and Commissioning Engineer to lead the design and commissioning of Integrated protection systems, delivering innovative, safe, and high-quality projects from concept to completion.
What is expected of you?

Design fire protection systems in line with regulations, standards, and client requirements

Specify appropriate systems, components, and materials for each project

Coordinate with project management and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Carry out site surveys, inspections, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems

Monitor progress to resolve design or installation issues while meeting quality and timeline targets

Ensure compliance with industry and company standards, including ISO and LPCB
-
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress reports to stakeholders

Support team development by mentoring junior engineers and contributing to internal training on new technologies and standards

What are you expected to bring?

Possession of an Electrical Engineering Warrant.

Proven experience in the design and commissioning of protection systems

Proficient in AutoCAD and related design software, with strong digital and tech-savvy skills

Solid knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry standards

Basic verbal understanding of Maltese

Strong problem-solving skills, including reviewing M&E drawings and resolving design or commissioning issues

Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate risks in a fast-paced project environment
