Are you passionate about creating impactful digital campaigns that boost brand visibility and engagement? One of our top clients is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop and implement strategies that drive awareness, consumer interaction, and conversions across digital channels.
What is expected of you?
- Develop and implement digital marketing plans to drive brand growth across all online channels
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, creating a content calendar and engaging with followers to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Lead creative projects from concept to completion, producing high-quality in-house content and collaborating with freelancers or agencies to boost engagement and reach
- Build, manage, and optimise digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including boosted social campaigns, to achieve specific KPIs
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare reports that enhance the effectiveness of campaigns, the corporate website, and email marketing, while guiding future optimisations
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with influencers and third-party content creators
- Deliver targeted email campaigns, manage the digital privilege card scheme, and optimise website content with relevant keywords to improve search rankings and support eCommerce growth
- Ensure consistent messaging, style, and tone across all digital communications in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing
- Support other marketing and promotional activities as required
What are you expected to bring?
- MSc in Strategic Management & Digital Marketing or an equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media for a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) brand, drinks brand, or digital agency, including organic content creation, community management, and social media advertising
- Proficient in key digital platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WooCommerce, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Canva. Experience with WordPress for routine content updates is also required
- Strong analytical and creative skills, a keen interest in digital marketing trends, excellent communication abilities, and a natural curiosity to innovate. Experience in wine or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Malta
