What is expected of you?
- Own performance, profitability, and delivery of business targets
- Define budgets, forecasts, and actionable growth strategies
- Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions
- Develop and optimise distribution channels to maximise results
- Build and manage strong partnerships (banks, brokers, automotive brands, etc.)
- Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams
- Coordinate with Product teams to deliver market-ready solutions
- Lead governance forums, performance reviews, and steering committees
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Digital, and Operations teams
What are you expected to bring?
- Strong experience in insurance distribution and sales (multi-channel exposure preferred)
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
