Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality drawings while ensuring excellent customer service throughout each project.
What's expected of you?
- Assess client requirements by reviewing enquiries and specifications.
- Liaise with finance and procurement to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical details.
- Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions aligned with market conditions and company strategy.
- Carry out site measurements, compile variations, and produce take-offs for clients.
- Ensure pricing remains competitive while protecting profitability.
- Monitor and manage quotations, including follow-ups and revisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotes and client interactions.
- Support project teams with timely pricing insights to help secure and deliver projects.
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Effective team player with good leadership capabilities.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
