What is expected of you?

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project requirements and support delivery

Prepare and maintain accurate CAD drawings throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and monitor overall project progress

Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation with the Operations Manager
-
Coordinate procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and services
-
Maintain organised project documentation, records, and contract close-out files
-
Ensure compliance with quality standards, client requirements, and HSE policies
-
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, valuations, and monitor project financial performance
-
Produce regular progress and financial reports for management review

Promote a proactive, professional approach while supporting collaboration and continuous improvement
What are you expected to bring?

Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to support project delivery

Strong ability to prepare and manage CAD drawings across all project stages

Experience conducting site visits, feasibility assessments, and progress monitoring

Knowledge of project documentation control, procurement processes, and quality/HSE compliance

Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, valuations, and track project costs effectively

Strong reporting skills with a proactive, detail-oriented, and professional working approach
