What's expected of you?
- Respond to RFPs promptly and professionally, showcasing expertise and attention to detail
- Create tailored proposals and costings aligned with client needs and travel periods
- Build strong knowledge of Malta’s venues, hotels, restaurants, and activities while developing supplier relationships
- Proactively follow up on leads to drive conversion into confirmed business
- Manage contracts and coordinate deposit collection with clients and suppliers
- Lead pre-event planning, including documentation, menus, supplier liaison, and transport coordination
- Oversee on-site event delivery and group operations end-to-end
- Handle final invoicing, balance collection, and supplier payments
- Conduct post-event follow-ups and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
What are you expected to bring?
- Secondary level education: hospitality qualification considered an advantage
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, hotel management, or F&B preferred
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong ownership of projects
- Customer-focused with a confident, outgoing, and professional approach
- Sales-driven mindset; prior sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs
- Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills
