They are seeking a hands-on and creative Executive Chef to oversee full kitchen operations and lead culinary excellence across various outlets.
What is expected of you?
- Lead, mentor, and train the entire kitchen brigade
- Manage food production, presentation, and quality across all restaurant outlets and event catering
- Develop, review, and innovate menus, recipes, and plating standards
- Control food costs and manage inventory efficiently
- Coordinate supplier orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in line with HACCP and internal audits
- Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness schedules
- Manage staffing levels aligned with service demands and budget guidelines
- Drive culinary innovation to meet guest expectations and industry trends
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in kitchen management
- Proven ability to work within budget and deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with Japanese, Asian, and French cuisine is essential
- Organised, proactive, and quality-focused approach
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
