Are you a highly organised operations professional who thrives on driving execution and keeping business priorities on track? One of our top clients in the hospitality sector is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to work closely with the Group CEO, acting as a key operational extension of the leadership team. In this role, you will support the delivery of strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure actions are followed through across the group’s hotels, restaurants, and support functions.
What's expected of you?
- Partner closely with the Group CEO to support the execution of operational initiatives and key business priorities
- Prepare and review executive briefings, board papers, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
- Track and follow up on CEO directives, meeting outcomes, and action points to ensure consistent execution across all business units
- Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations on operational and commercial matters across the group’s operations
- Organise meeting agendas, attend key meetings when required, and provide clear updates and feedback to the Group CEO
- Support the monitoring of operational performance across the group’s properties
- Review guest satisfaction metrics, operational dashboards, and performance data, highlighting key insights and critical issues
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives
- Coordinate relevant group-wide projects, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and progress tracking
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO’s Office and the senior leadership team
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or executive support roles, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Proven experience working closely with senior executives, preferably within a CEO’s or COO’s office
- Previous exposure to multi-brand or multi-property hospitality groups is highly advantageous
- Strong strategic thinking ability combined with a hands-on operational approach
- Solid commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make effective decisions on the ground
- Ability to perform and adapt in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
