What is expected of you?
- Take charge of all technical operations, ensuring systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing run efficiently
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance plans to avoid disruption
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth coordination
- Uphold strict safety standards and ensure compliance with hospitality regulations
- Handle on-site emergencies and urgent repairs promptly and effectively
- Supervise refurbishment works and infrastructure upgrades
- Keep detailed records of equipment, maintenance activity, and system performance
- Monitor ELV systems, fire safety equipment, and security installations to ensure peak functionality
- Manage budgets, procurement, and contractor performance related to facilities operations
What are you expected to bring?
- 3+ years’ experience in facilities or maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems
- Solid understanding of health and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate with teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Technical certifications (e.g., Wireman A/B) are a plus
