Ceek Talent is on the lookout on behalf of one of our top clients, a leading hospitality group managing a diverse portfolio of popular restaurants across Malta. They are seeking experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors to join their well-established restaurant teams.
What is expected of you?
- Deliver food and beverage services to guests and local patrons in line with departmental standards
- Set up and relay tables professionally within restaurant outlets
- Take orders and serve drinks and food with attention to detail and care
- Maintain optimum cleanliness and hygiene according to company procedures and standards
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in high-end restaurants
- Strong understanding of how your role impacts the overall success of the restaurant
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
About You
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Adherence to grooming and appearance standards
- Effective time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Possession of a valid Skills Pass (mandatory for hospitality roles in Malta)
