What's expected of you?
- Plan and maintain proactive work schedules that drive efficient, timely task completion.

- Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate training or upskilling initiatives to maintain technical excellence.
- Resolve team challenges effectively to sustain productivity and morale.
- Monitor team performance, deliver feedback, and recognize contributions to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure fiber network reliability and safety, addressing any physical damage or degradation promptly.
- Use diagnostic tools like OTDRs to measure signal performance and troubleshoot issues such as signal loss or system faults.
- Collaborate with network engineers to design and develop scalable, future-proof fiber optic infrastructure.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, including GPON, WDM, and ITU specifications.
What are you expected to bring?
- At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams, including managing field operations.
- Solid understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 telecom technologies, including GPON, WDM, and ITU standards.
- Strong hands-on experience with fiber optic splicing and testing.
- Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repair needs.
- Flexibility to work during night shifts when necessary to reduce service disruption.
- High attention to detail, especially when overseeing installations and network updates.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
