One of our top clients is looking for a proactive Field Representative to join a fast-paced environment where retail execution meets hands-on sales support. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping stores running at their best while supporting selected sales activities across multiple locations
What's expected of you?
- Assist with targeted sales initiatives from the Business Development team.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, displays follow planograms, and products are retail-ready.
- Recommend stock replenishment based on product movement.
- Provide in-store insights (pricing, competitors, customer feedback).
- Handle basic customer queries; escalate complex issues.
- Maintain product displays in line with brand and promotional standards.
- Check stock rotation, expiry dates, availability, and shelf condition.
- Support product transport when required.
- Monitor fridge temperatures and product freshness.
- Maintain high-quality displays, signage, and promotions.
- Assist with events and tasting setups.
- Collect data on stock levels, competitors, product visibility, out-of-stocks, and client insights.
- Submit accurate daily/weekly reports.
What are you expected to bring?
- Full-time (flexible Monday–Saturday).
- Minimum 2 years’ FMCG merchandising experience.
- Fluent in Maltese and English.
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of merchandising layouts and display standards
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Physically fit (able to lift milk crates).
- Valid Category B driving license and own car.
